1 · Connect your provider
Add VMware vCenter or Proxmox VE. Credentials are stored encrypted and used only to provision VMs.
2 · Order a VM
Clone a tier or define a custom spec, choose its placement, and Skitflow provisions the machine in the background.
3 · Deploy to it
The VM joins as a server automatically. Deploy applications, databases and Compose stacks to it like any other Skitflow server.

Cloud Providers FAQ
Where are my credentials stored?
Provider credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to provision and manage VMs. They never leave your Skitflow instance.
What happens when I delete a VM order?
Deleting an order removes the VM from the hypervisor (if it was created) along with the order record.
Can I still add servers manually?
Yes. Provisioned VMs sit alongside manually added servers, and removing a provider keeps the servers you have already provisioned.
Is this the same as a public cloud?
No. Skitflow provisions onto infrastructure you already own and run, your VMware or Proxmox cluster, so your data and workloads stay on your hardware.
